The hotel is located conveniently close to the port, making it easy to catch the ferry the next day. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout my stay. The rooms, although small, were nice and had basic amenities.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Close to the port, convenient location. Friendly staff, helpful with organizing tours. Free room upgrade, bigger and nicer. Functional air conditioning, hot water. Good wifi, reliable connection.

The location was pretty good, with easy access to a small mall and convenience stores. It was not far from the port, which made it easy for us to board our ferry. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained.
The lack of hot water was disappointing and frustrating.

We loved how close this hotel was to the harbour, making it easy to travel to other islands. The hotel facilities were clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was convenient and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, recommending great local eateries. We also found the location to be in a quiet, characterful area, which was a nice break from the busier parts of this city.

During my Xmas stay, I loved the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds and pillows that allowed me to get a good night's sleep. the hotel's key location near a mall and the airport made traveling around the area very easy. The free shuttle service was also a big plus and helped me save some money on transportation.
I had some issues with the noise level at night. The live bands in the hotel's cafe were really loud and continued playing until late, making it difficult for me to rest or sleep.

Good location near the airport, easy to find. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The shower didn't have hot water, and the air conditioner didn't work. We had trouble getting a good night's sleep due to the noise from other rooms.
